~At the start of construction---
• Establish project schedule and continue to update weekly
• Conduct weekly on site meetings with client’s site super, project manager and any other pertinent tradesmen or suppliers
• Issue sub agreements to subcontractors
• Assure all subcontractors insurance and workman's comp is current

~As construction progresses---
• Keep subcontractor payment and lien releases current
• Keep client current on any potential cost changes
• Continuously look for items needing improvement and pre-punching as we go
• Management of project communications
• Project cost controls and accounting
• Coordinate all necessary city inspections or specialty inspections
